MONTPELIER, Vt. — Sen. Bernie Sanders has pushed hard for transparency on U.S. trade and campaign finance, but has been far less aggressive in disclosing his own personal finances.
Now his wife and campaign confidante, Jane O'Meara Sanders, is defending the senator's decision not to file a candidate personal finance disclosure and talking about the purchase of a new vacation home.

Btw those “progressive” New Yorkers bought all the houses around Lake Champlain and then generated thousand of pages of environmental rules and regulations to make sure none of the “riff raff” could live anywhere near the lake (which of course created a huge increase in value for their houses).

I knew more than a few of these usurpers back in the mid seventies through the mid eighties as I met them in various work situations. They had two addresses, here in NY and up in Vermont. Probably voted in both places via absentee ballot in one state. They spoke of their “ progressive “ vacation communities up in Vermont and back then I thought nothing of it. Only in the past decade or so that it hit home.

By the way, is Hugo Chavez still in power? I did read that the masses in Venezuela are starving (eating horses)...so I would imagine he still is there. So sad for these people.
