Maybe it's not so much that Hillary will carry the state as that it will be close. The idea would be that Georgia isn't safe for Republicans in the way that Alabama or Mississippi might be.

Is it true that half -- or more -- of the state's population is in Metro Atlanta? Strong showings in rural North and South Georgia won't count for as much if suburban voters are disenchanted with Trump.

Stay-at-home Whites could combine with heavily Democrat Black and Latino voters to make a GOP win a lot harder to pull off, even if the state doesn't swing all the way to Hillary.

Georgia is nearly 10% Hispanic. This is not the Old South any longer. I spent some time in South Carolina last week and was shocked at all the obvious wetbacks crawling around the rural parts of that state.
