Republican lawmakers are expressing annoyance that, although the FBI has passed Congress the documents detailing the investigation into the Clinton email scandal, the documents are not actually readable due to the format in which they were handed over.

I had a boss who called this sort of non-compliance compliance “the slow roll.” You appear to be cooperating, but your cooperation does not advance the other side’s agenda. You did exactly what they asked you to do, just not in a way they expected. He was awesome at it and ended up in the top job, having destroyed or outlasted all the better candidates. (Frankly, I was pleased when he died. Some people improve the whole world by not being in it.)
Another term for it is malicious obedience. It is bad faith, to say the least.
I am surprised they didn’t give them the emails in a JPG or non-text PDF format...

I knew an engineer who would answer questions that you asked him. And only what you asked him.
Most people try to divine what it is you are trying to find out, and adjust their answer to try to give you what you need.

Right. She never sent not received anything marked classified at the time it was sent or received. The FBI agreed. She said so. Should be absolutley no problems with releasing everything in toto. Unless, somebody is lying.

Very passive/aggressive. A psychologist told me he would not accept any client who was passive/aggressive because there was no way to treat it. As this man’s boss, I’d be looking for a way to fire him.
Investigate them for spending a year investigating Hillary with 150+ agents and coming up with nothing but a whitewash conclusion that contradicts the law as written.
