I hate to hear that about Jackson Miss. When we lived there back in the 70s it was a beautiful small town with that Southern charm. My last child was born there in 69, just as the schools were integrating for my older children. No problems for them. I loved it there.

I watched it all Sam. It was just a gut feeling about that one thing. It felt like “my hero apologized” and “lost” to the media on that point. Several people saw it as a trap for the media. I hope they are right. I guess that is one issue that just goes to my soul. How dare anyone curb free speech in America. I am offended several times a day with people throwing around the f word and using God’s name in vain, but I don’t demand that they stop because I am offended. The rest of the speech was really good. Probably the best thing he did today was going to visit the police and shooting with them. Again proving that he can shoot a bulls eye. In the South that story will spread like wildfire.
