I believe his emphasis was actually on her childhood doctors - that overall her medical treatment would make sense if she were seeing a doctor from the 50’s and she would have been in Arkansas then.
Except that she didn’t live in Arkansas that long ago and any doctor practicing back then would probably be dead or in a retirement home by now.
I thought she was a child in Illinois, not Arkansas. Plus I’m betting that her doctors are from NY or DC.
