Hillary Kieft grew worried when her daughter didn’t arrive from school on the bus as usual. After she called the school to find out what was wrong, a school nurse pulled into her driveway with the daughter (let’s call her “Kelly”) in tow. The nurse explained that she had taken Kelly for counseling after school, according to LifeNews.com, which reported on the Kieft story.
But, in fact, the nurse took Kelly to have an abortion.
In New Zealand—where the Kieft family lives—it is completely legal for a minor to have an abortion without her parents’ knowledge. Parents like Hillary Kieft have no legal right to be involved in their child’s decision to have an abortion, or even to be notified before it happens.

You don’t have to believe it for it to be true. The historically stated reasoning behind these non parental notification laws is fear of victims of incest.
From what I understand, the Governor of Alaska doesn’t have a free hand to appoint the candidate of their choice. They have to select from a pre-approved group of left-wingers chosen by elitist trial lawyers. We had a similar problem here in TN, although in violation of the state constitution (which explicitly states that judges must be elected).

In addition to taking an innocent’s life. Was this teen given due medical warnings about the dangers and risks of having an abortion? One of the risks being severe infection? Who signed off on the legal medical documents for her as a minor if her LEGAL parents didn’t?

Was this teen given her options and counseled in keeping the child and placing it up for adoption? Was she told she would regret an abortion for the rest of her life?
Let your kid bring their prescription medicines to school and don’t inform the school nurse? Arrest, prosecution, expulsion.
Not let your kids get vaccines because you believe some kooky theory on the Internet about vaccines causing autism? Child Services get involved and perhaps take them from you.
Any other cases of what the state deems to be your responsibility toward your child? YOU get prosecuted.
Your minor daughter gets pregnant and wants an abortion? No problem! You do NOT need to even know about it."
Let your child take a Bible to school and share the consequences of sin according to the Word. Get suspended. The cure they really need is the One they reject the most. (John 3)

The reason for the law is that abortion providers protect sexual predators. When your job is killing the innocent, lies and obstruction don’t even register. After all, predators can be a good income stream for their business.

You and others need to stop with the emotional hysteria. If you want to oppose something you need to be armed with the “facts” so you can properly argue against it. These types of reasons are what the social welfare people tell legislators in order to get these parental nondisclosure laws passed.

Of course that is the lie they tell legislators to enact laws. That is why they do it. They lie to gain more control. That is what I have been saying to you.
Who cares what the lie is, expose the lie. Call them out for the liars they are.
They have used this bogus incest lie for decades. Do you really think that they care about the affects of incest? The only goal they have is total control over all aspects of a family. There are no “facts” that have any meaning to liars.
See how easy that was. I’m not a liar at all. I posted an informational fact. Now I’m going to post another informational fact. Besides incest, fear that girls will seek unsafe medical procedures is another reason used to argue for non parental notification.
I feel certain both of these things are likely very real problems and happen. Girls who get pregnant are often quite desperate and do all manor of things. I am just opposed to the non parental disclosure laws on principle. I think in most instances parents have a right to know what’s going on with their kid and help make decisions for them.

Incest and running to an unsafe facility are smokescreens the left use to force laws that prohibit parental decision making(usurping the role of the family and giving power to the state).
