The election isn't held today, it's still twelve weeks away (an eternity in politics), the fact of the matter is that nobody but us political junkies are even paying attention yet. Most voters don't start paying attention and making up their minds until the debates. All the polls are reflecting at this point is what people think of the race from what they get in bits and pieces from the news (mostly negative against Trump), once they start actually paying attention the polls will quickly change.
