Lou Dobbs Fox Biz showed the whole speech. I just searched, however, and did not find an easy to find link. Even the Fox Biz Lou Dobbs 8/16/16 search I did only produced clips of his commentary, not the speech. You might be a better searcher than me.

Surely it can be found somewhere. For sure, with the this kind of censorship being practiced, it affirms the extreme importance of what Trump has been saying.
