Environmentally friendly and we’ll throw in a free cremation (or two).

Yup, Li-ion batteries have about 1/20th the energy by weight compared to gasoline IIRC. Now the battery packs weigh a bunch more than a full tank of gas, but not 20x more.
However, the fumes from burning batteries are FAR worse than the (admittedly also bad) fumes from burning gasoline!

To get fired for leaving a battery connection loose would be a real bummer....I left something loose once.... and was fired. I would rather die in a flaming Tesla than get fired like that again.

My load mouthed liberal neighbor has one and I wish it would burn down and shut him up. You think Pious owners are a pain.

Car destroyed in 5 minutes.
That’s my definition of burning up.
Take away the subsidies and let’s see how it sells.

Just wondering why you are defending the indefensible, and trying to see if there is a financial angle or a political one.
I do notice that you deflect and attack rather than deal with the issue. Did I hit too close to home?

Sorry about your poor investment. Maybe some more taxpayer subsidies can prop up the stock value.

Today Tesla is now offering portable DIY cremation kits for about $75,000.00 to $125,000.00. The cost isn’t quit as bad, if you consider the unit can handle a party of four.
He promises to have the $50,000.00 kit available by the end of 2018.
