In calling her a flight risk, the judge ordered Kathleen Kane, 50, to surrender her passport and threatened to jail her if she retaliated against the once-trusted aides who testified against her.

Snip

Kane, a first-term Democrat who had never held elected office, enjoyed a brief honeymoon period in 2013 before her agency descended into chaos as she feuded with officials inside and outside of the department.

I always laugh when liberals try to tell me Obama was a constitutional scholar therefore he would never issue executive orders that violated the Constitution.

I answer that with “So lawyers never break the law?”

Obama was a constitutional scholar

A laughable assertion. He basically harangued night-school law students about "Civil Rights" and the Constitution, offering as much insight and scholarship as Al Sharpton or Siss Matthews.
