Court records show in February of 2015, Smith was charged with one felony count of first degree recklessly endangering safety and one misdemeanor count of possession of THC. The charges were dismissed by prosecutors in November.
August of 2015, Smith was charged with felony intimidation of a witness/person charged/felony. That charge was dismissed by prosecutors in September.
In July of 2014, Smith was charged with carrying a concealed weapon — a misdemeanor charge. He pleaded guilty in November, and was sentenced to serve one day in the House of Correction.
In July of 2013, Smith was charged with felony retail theft — intentionally taking $500 to $5,000 as party to a crime. Prosecutors dismissed the charge in October.

Fathers no longer teach their daughters to insist on marriage before sex. And free sex is pushed by Hollywood entertainment monopoly.
If I had it to do over their wood be no TV in my household and no video games. These things are of the devil and I mean this literally.
They lead to moral decay and lethargy.
Unless you are going to be a TV dictator it is best if you keep the TV out of your home as a parent.
Besides personal responsibility which too many lack, the democrat party is responsible for keeping them on the "plantation" and caring not except for their votes.

My oldest daughter has graduated college and is a school teacher, and my youngest a senior in college. Good parenting can still yield good kids.
When I was young it was a different story. Most of popular culture was still Christian and pro-family.
Today popular culture is anti-family and even worse anti-father.
The last thing a father needs to bring in to his home is this toxic popular culture. His children will get enough of that outside the home.

My son got 30 days in jail for breaking a protection order. He is mentally impaired, low IQ and people take advantage of him, namely women. This girl put a PPO on him because he wouldn’t give her money from his disability check for drugs. Then she calls him and baits him into calling her; thus breaking the PPO. He goes to jail.
This is just crazy.
1. The uneducated in America apparently have no concept of Contitutional rights — they’re taught or bring with them the idea that government can turn on or off rights in the same sense that SNAP or Medicaid is approved or denied — administratively and by rules that proves aren’t intended to understand.
2. A common meme among the families of professional criminals is that the criminal class will always do as they please, and it’s somehow the fault of everyone else (police, citizens) if they have the temerity to defend themselves.

Excellent post. I agree with your next post as well, that these things are prime tools the devil tries to utilize. The TeeVee pipes the anti-Christian immorality directly into these folks homes. Glamorizes all that you mentioned. The young are particularly impressionable, but even adults are not immune, as evidenced by how they are seemingly hypnotized into believing all the propaganda the ‘media’ puts out.

Actually, the policeman could not allow the perp to leave the scene with a weapon .. because it is assumed by the policeman that the person intends to use the weapon somewhere, on someone.
This father’s ramblings is part of the problem. Why didn’t he teach his son not to play with guns in the first place; and why didn’t he teach his son to have respect for police authority .. especially when they stop you. If the kid had dropped the gun when the police told him to .. he would still be alive.
It isn’t the police who have the problem ..??
