“Milwaukee police say “the victim, 23, was armed with a handgun and shot dead by an officer after fleeing a traffic stop on Milwaukee’s north side Saturday afternoon,” NBC News reports.
The man allegedly had a “lengthy arrest record” and was carrying a semiautomatic handgun that was reported stolen in a burglary in nearby Waukesha earlier this year.”

Nope, just street rats doing what they do. Moving them all to another area or city will only help destroy that area too. Better to remove the demodummies that run the city and then see how it goes. Same goes for all the other demodummie controlled cities in this country, start with Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Detroit and St. Louis, they’re the closest to this area.
