BTW, they said that he was out of town in Dallas at a funeral for a member of his family.

Actually, Sheriff Clarke has sent a Bearcat and crew, and other support personnel to aid the MPD. He has no leadership role, however.

I agree he had nothing to do with it, but as long as Milwaukee falls within Milwaukee county I imagine there will be some sort of faux outrage at him as well and calls for him to step down.

Doesn’t matter the perp had 26 rounds left in his weapon at the time of the shoot out.
