I would agree....empty-suit syndrome. Just a guy who wears a good $800 suit and can read off a monitor.

I would even go and put Bush II in the same category...another empty-suit player.

With Hillary....it’s a seven-line resume applicant. The first line goes: “Married to Bill”.

But for the ISIS folks to get lifted up as a “corporation” (thats basically how they operate now)....they needed Saudi funding and Libyan weapons. So the US is simply a partner of the syndicate. I doubt if President Obama himself....can explain the whole logic why they were behind this creation or what they hopped to achieve. I think someone just said act 5 of the production will go this way, and he acted out the part as directed.
