Corpulent Canadian comedian Seth Rogen is getting in a ton of trouble with social justice warriors for perceived racial stereotypes in his new animated adult comedy Sausage Party.
The film, co-written by Rogen, is coming out tomorrow, but a tidal wave of liberal outrage is engulfing the movie, which is a spoof of Disney and Pixar animated films. Sausage Partys bizarre plot revolves around a hot dogs relationship with other foods, and it ends with a food orgy.
The beef from the SJWs revolves around the racial stereotypes of some of the foods in the Sony movie. An Arabic loaf of lavash (voiced by David Krumholtz ) riffs on the 77 bottles of extra-virgin olive oil awaiting him in the next life. Also causing offense is an Irish potato who sings [Irish ballad] Danny Boy and whose catchphrase is Jesus! F**k!
Other comedic elements of the film that have galvanized the SJWs: Salma Hayek voicing a Mexican taco, a Native American bottle of Firewater (which quips he had settled in the grocery store first before getting shoved in the backroom), and some Nazi German sauerkraut dedicated toexterminating the juice compound. Critics are tweeting their distaste with how this Sausage is made:
Just saw Sausage Party the biggest piece of crap ever seriously never waste your time. Gross, unfunny, racist, sexist & a rape scene

Being sexist, racist, and generally gross isnt excused by your edginess, Sausage Party.

Saw a prescreening of Sausage Party last night I mean I laughed but overall it relied waaaay too much on racist humor

SAUSAGE PARTYs heavy reliance on racial stereotypes for gags pretty much put me off the whole film. Shitty, lazy writing.

Jordan Hoffman, the highly rated movie critic at the Guardian, liked the film on the grounds its an equal opportunities abuser, a daring stance for a writer of the PC paper of record. Guardian readers duly registered their disapproval:
Oh man that Guardian review of SAUSAGE PARTY. The racial stereotypes are ok because they make fun of everybody!

Rogen is no stranger to un-PC controversyhe starred in and co-wrote the politically incorrect comedy The Interview, which involved a plot to assassinate North Koreas leader. (The film also got caught up in the fallout over the cyber attack against Sony in late 2014.)
But back in May, Rogen issued a mea culpa for his edgy past while promoting the politically correct Neighbors 2, telling The Guardian: Its funny looking at some movies weve made in the last 10 years under the lenses of new eras, new social consciousness. Theres for sure some stuff in our earlier moviesand even in our more recent movieswhere even like a year later, youre like Eh, maybe that wasnt the greatest idea.
Time will tell whether he will feel the same way about Sausage Party.
SJW’s?
Not a fan of marble-mouthed Rogen. But it seems he struck a nerve.

Hoist on your own Liberal petard there, eh, Seth?
Heh heh... that's funny.
Too bad liberals have no sense of humor- they miss so much joy in life.
As long as the theaters have a “safe space” to decompress after the movie I don’t see a problem....bwhahahahhaha...
Lighten up liberals comdedy is about exxageration and timing and your timing sucks and you day of reckoning is at hand....stiff upper lip an all that tommy rot...ha ha

If the Socialist Jercough Weiners hate it with such passion, count me in!
There is a difference between “racial” and “racism.”
The critics ought to rent Fritz the Cat for a full dose of political correctness. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fritz_the_Cat_(film)
Ahhhh! Thanks.
Looks like the SJWs are just giving him millions worth of free marketing publicity for his movie. Sure to help make it a hit.
I hope it is!...................
The panning from SJWs couldn't happen to more an obnoxious, in-your-face talentless pr*ck. Unless it's one of his two talentless disgusting ugly in & out counterparts:
Amy Schumer or Lena Duhnham.
My rule of thumb for movies:
If the ‘critics’ hate it, it’s gotta be great!..............
Isn't it great when that happens? Rogen's own peeps are spanking his ugly azz.
