The destruction of Libya’s Great Man Made River project, the greatest hydrology program ever seen in the modern world,had inhuman results. But so far no one has written about that specifically.
Qadaffi spent his money on that hydrology project instead of on arming himself to the teeth.It was a mistake. He should have kept the bomb.
