Thanks to Chertoff, my private parts have been viewed (and maybe imaged and stored) dozens of times by an unknown number of people as I was forced by the TSA to be scanned by the Rapiscan machines.

What he has made little mention of is that the Chertoff Group, his security consulting agency, includes a client that manufactures the machines. The relationship drew attention after Chertoff disclosed it on a CNN program Wednesday, in response to a question.

An airport passengers’ rights group on Thursday criticized Chertoff, who left office less than a year ago, for using his former government credentials to advocate for a product that benefits his clients.
“Mr. Chertoff should not be allowed to abuse the trust the public has placed in him as a former public servant to privately gain from the sale of full-body scanners under the pretense that the scanners would have detected this particular type of explosive,” said Kate Hanni, founder of FlyersRights.org, which opposes the use of the scanners.

Chertoff’s advocacy for the technology dates back to his time in the Bush administration. In 2005, Homeland Security ordered the government’s first batch of the scanners — five from California-based Rapiscan Systems.
Today, 40 body scanners are in use at 19 U.S. airports. The number is expected to skyrocket at least in part because of the Christmas Day incident. The Transportation Security Administration this week said it will order 300 more machines.

I have always suspected that the choice to add the body scan technology to airport searches, and the specific brand/model chosen, had to be based on crony capitalism and not detection technology.

Case in point: access the Protected Area at your local nuclear power plant or other similarly-secured facility, and stand through separate machines for metal detection and sniffer of explosive materials. That sniffer doesn’t want some flunky to see your privates with ionizing radiation, it wants to know if you possess or have chemical evidence of working on a bomb. That is THE hazard they are trying to detect!

That choice of technology You know, the sniffer they use on smear of small o

It’s this sort of thing by Chertoff that runs rampant in our government and it’s why Hillary and the Clinton mob get away with it.

BECAUSE EVERYBODY DOES IT!!!

Do you know anybody whoever was elected to most ANY public office that didn’t leave more well off than the government salary would allow? They all get rich cause somewhere there’s a brother-in-law with a uranium mine or a spouse with stock in global warming or a neighbor with a new snazzy invention.

The Clintons have ways of shutting people up, which by now I firmly believe includes murder. Everybody in that environment has a secret, has a deal in the works somewhere.

When we, the people who carry this country on our backs arise, they mock us.
