What about decrepit?? (both definitions seem to fit)

decrepit
[dih-krep-it]

adective

1.
weakened by old age; feeble; infirm:
a decrepit man who can hardly walk.
2.
worn out by long use; dilapidated:
a decrepit stove.

(worn out by long use made me laugh!)
