I can understand if these people are not fully behind Trump - he’s upsetting their applecart, and they’re not happy. But DON’T stand in his way while the only alternative is Hillary.

Impeachment is possible (though doubtful - remember that the Witch will have the full power of the Fed.gov at her disposal to intimidate and bribe Congress); conviction is utterly impossible.

This is part of the strength of the Trump campaign: His strong supporters see this as “Donald Trump or Bust”.

I wish I was more sanguine that it is not going to be “bust”. It is true that his supporters are absolutely rabidly supporting him, but with the demographic of the US, that may not be enough. Just as many (or more) may vote for Hillary because they are just so afraid of Trump, and the MSM has effectively brainwashed them.

Agreed. Hillary has how many decades of corruption and scandal under her belt? No one has stopped her. She should never have been confirmed as Sec of State. She should have been investigated while Sec of State for Clinton Foundation shenanigans, pay for play. Never happened. She would never be impeached.

What good would impeachment do anyway? President Tim Kaine is better?

Impeachment in this style would set a bad precedent. The dems are already discussing impeaching Trump immediately should he be elected.
