speaking of ghostbuster, I tried to watch it last ight... it was so boring I could not get through half of it
Unlike the first movie- where nearly every single line is memorable and quotable and recognizable when quoted, I did not laugh once through the entire first half of it.
They rely on the person who plays the ‘scientist’ to do face mugging on camera, and even those are not funny. Not one single quatable line. It’s like they knew the steps they had to take and made up just enough dialog to get from scene to scene.
My favorite is, “You’ve never worked on the private sector, they expect results!”
