He wants to repeal the 501c3 requirement for churches (Johnson Amendment), IIRC. It’s the basis of what the state of Iowa is trying to do here, in this piece, and will be the basis for what can be preached in churches nationwide, if allowed to continue.
This has nothing to do with the Johnson Amendment.
This is about ‘public accommodation’.
