Assange only STARTED to imply Seth Rich may have been murdered because of his DNC job and the leaks going on in Washington,
but the asshole reporter kept interrupting him.
So we may never know what Assange intended to imply in that interview.
Assange did not “finger” the DNC leaker.
I saw the video this morning and thought he was implying it but didn’t fully state as much.
He also did this a week or two ago mentioning something like “it might have been that D.C. staffer that was killed.”
I think Drudge is ‘fake but accurate’ here and wants to get another anti-Hillary headline.
Of course, the MSM is all in with the jour-no-list story on the 2nd Amendment Trump comment.

Even if that’s true the very fact that wikileaks is putting up money to find the killer of Seth Rich is strange because I don’t think they have ever done something like that. They just expose governments, organizations and political groups not try to solve a unimportant unsolved murder in the larger scheme of their motive
Assange is walking a thin line and chose his words very carefully. It’s obvious to me that he is insinuating that Seth Rich was the DNCleaker (something he knows is true), but that’s something he can’t come out and say publicly or no one would ever be a whistleblower again.
Now that Seth has been murdered, Assange realizes that keeping “whistleblower anonymity” for a deceased man suddenly becomes less important than protecting future whistleblowers from a similar fate. And since Assange does NOT know for 100% certainty if Seth Rich was murdered by Hillary’s hit team for being a whistleblower, he offered the 20K reward.
Also, as evidenced by Assange’s own words on this latest video interview, he feels obligated to let US citizens know how serious this is so they realize the stakes involved in this election.

I think we will find out quickly if there is another big leak as payback. I think he has been filtering a lot of the stuff he has but this incident may tick him off enough to drop some of his October surprise stuff soon.
