Suspect they will happen - Hillary, Trump and Johnson. If two guys appear to gang up on Clinton will rally the females. Moderates may make sure that Hillary never has to answer questions so it will end up being between Trump and Johnson and media will spin the wonderful, thought provoking and adult answers of Hillary. Normally I would agree that Hitlery should be VERY nervous about the debates, to the point that she breaks down beforehand. I am amazed at the amount of stress she must be under.
Having said that, I have to remember who controls her. Evil people can have amazing strength - it seems to be a very strong force.
