Well I watched them packing the truck and I would say there were at least a dozen of them. My guess is scanning them in with OCR technology so they can search terms, names, and a like.
Was it reported to be a Hillary campaign office or are you judging it to be by the campaign signs on the building?
Of interest, Pa. AG Kane is the female involved in reporting a porn ring on local Judges & Courts. Some were among the raided parties. Het trial starts “today”. It was on Fox this morning. She is trying to take down a lot of people. Some judges were already “gone” shortly after this broke a few years ago. She was Hillary’s Pa. Chairperson in 2008.

All you do is contact your local (county probably) Republican Party office. They should be able to be found on the internet. They will have a set of instructions and an assignment as to which polling place they need poll watchers for. At least that’s how it works here. Thanks for being willing to do this. We need an army of people just like you!
