If Trump wants to be in charge he needs to be ruthless. That wasn’t ruthless and will emboldened asshats like Ryan.
My last comment on this. If Trump wants people to do the “right thing” and vote for him. Then he should have support Ryans opponent... The underdog who is in the exact same position that Trump has been in. The underdog who is trying to fix what is wrong. If he wants to change a corrupt system then this is really not the way to show it or do it. Trump isn’t changing anything as long as the likes of Ryan are controlling congress. And Trump should be bright enough to know that.
If we want “normal” people to run for congress then this sends a bad signal. Yo get close then wham thrown under the bus.
