I’m having to stay caught up, via this thread.
We’re ‘clamping’, sort of. Staying at a relatives (what amounts to) hunting cabin.
I guess it’s not too bad....at least there’s wifi :)
And....I happened to have the ingredients for beethoven’s delish Creamy Cilantro sauce, for the cooked parmesan chicken we brought.
We’re drinking a mug of wine (no glasses to be found) and living large ;-)
