Tuesday on CNN’s "AC 360," Khizr Khan, father of slain U.S. Army Capt. Humayun Khan denied the accusation he was using his son's death to advance Sharia Law.
He told host Anderson Cooper that he did not stand for "any Sharia Law because there was no such thing." That statement contradicts his prior position he stated. According to a Breitbart News report, Khan has published papers supporting the supremacy of Islamic law over "man-made" Western law, which includes the U.S. Constitution.

Yes, absolutely. Khan is a disgrace. He used his son for political gain, to protect his personal profits. Waving the bloody shirt was repudiated in the 20th century. Yet he exploits his son’s death to defend the profits of his Muslim immigration service which is threatened by Trump’s immigration screening proposal.
His family and particularly his dead son are grossly dishonored by his use of his dead son to protect his income. His Muslim clients will see this and recognize it as the mark of a deeply flawed man. He is a man without honor or integrity. Shame on him.

Yale Law School, the most elite law school in the country, has received a $10 million donation to establish a Sharia law center.
The Abdullah S. Kamel Center for the Study of Islamic Law and Civilization is named for its patron, a billionaire Saudi banker who serves as CEO of the Dallah al Baraka Holding Company, a large privately-held multinational conglomerate founded by his father.
Its purpose will be to bring experts on Islam and Islamic law (also known as Sharia) to Yale for lectures, seminars, guest professorships, and fellowships.
It isn’t the first time Kamel, who has an estimated worth of nearly $20 billion, has given money to Yale. He also sponsored a popular three-year lecture series on Islamic topics which presaged the creation of the new law center.
Yale also isn’t a pioneer in having an Islamic legal program; Harvard Law School has had its own Islamic Legal Studies Program since the 1990s. Still, Yale says in establishing the center it hopes to become one of the top centers of Islamic legal scholarship on Earth.
