Have anyone here seen the “The Magnificent Seven” remake (in name only)?
Extremely violent. The trailer shows a hundred guys getting killed.
The camera work shows the fast speed up and the slow mo when action is happening along with rap music and rock music. Not ‘G’ rated for sure. Another stupid remake that is awful.

The problem with Hollywood is taking a past movie and re-imaging it so it has not much to do with old movie. The current Star Trek films as an example.
I am still waiting on a Star Trek story and not Simon Peggs, J.J. Abrams, Justin Lin vision caused by drinking and drug hallucinations.
Girrrrl power movies just don’t sell.

well, some do: Resident Evil, Alien, Brave, Thelma and Louise, Kraina Lodu, etc. — but they need to be sensible and not just misandry
It was unwatchable. I lasted ten minutes.
No connection between characters.
I had to gag myself with a spoon to get the taste
out of my mouth.
