Khizr Khan Believes the Constitution ‘Must Always Be Subordinated to the Sharia’
Breitbart ^ | August 2, 2016 | PAUL SPERRY

Notwithstanding his war-hero son’s genuinely patriotic example, Khizr M. Khan has published papers supporting the supremacy of Islamic law over “man-made” Western law — including the very Constitution he championed in his Democratic National Convention speech attacking GOP presidential nod Donald Trump.

In 1983, for example, Khan wrote a glowing review of a book compiled from a seminar held in Kuwait called “Human Rights In Islam” in which he singles out for praise the keynote address of fellow Pakistani Allah K. Brohi, a pro-jihad Islamic jurist who was one of the closest advisers to late Pakistani dictator Gen. Zia ul-Haq, the father of the Taliban movement.

Khan speaks admiringly of Brohi’s interpretation of human rights, even though it included the right to kill and mutilate those who violate Islamic laws and even the right of men to “beat” wives who act “unseemly.”

As Pakistani minister of law and religious affairs, Brohi helped create hundreds of jihadi incubators called madrassas and restored Sharia punishments, such as amputations for theft and demands that rape victims produce four male witnesses or face adultery charges. He also made insulting the Muslim prophet Muhammad a crime punishable by death. To speed the Islamization of Pakistan, he and Zia issued a law that required judges to consult mullahs on every judicial decision for Sharia compliance.

Khan, who says he immigrated to the U.S. in 1980 to escape Pakistan’s “military rule,” nonetheless spoke admiringly of Brohi in his review of his speech. He praised his remarks even though Brohi advocated for the enforcement of the medieval Sharia punishments, known as “hudood” (singular “hadd”), that were later adopted and carried out with brutal efficiency by the Taliban in neighboring Afghanistan.

-- Until someone produces writings or video where Mr. Con specifically excludes non-Muslim nations from his belief that Sharia should be the supreme law, then it's only reasonable to conclude that he does believe there should be "No man's law above Allah's law". --

A substantial part of my impression is based on his lengthy interview on CNN last night. YMMV. And I don't dispute your generalization, that all Muslims aim to institute sharia worldwide. I think the civilizations are not compatible, and mixing them will eventually result in the end of Western civilization. Khan may be an exception to the general rule. Not all muslims are devout, any more than all Catholics are.

Oh, please, just itching for an excuse to vote for H?

Capt Khan’s death has nothing to do with Trump. Whereas Hillary voted for the Iraq war.

All your years here and you can’t spot a DNC shill yet? A deceitful, profiteering, crooked, Hillary-connected, immigration-skirting, Sharia-in-America supporter who falsely touts the Constitution to protect his shady business interests? “Ohhhh, but Trump said so-and-so cuz the MSM told me so.... so he’s a bad man. He’s mean, just like all the anti-communists are.”

Lol, nothing Mr. Con might have said concerning Sharia and the US Constitution since the DNC can be considered credible on this question. Only what he might have said before this controversy blew up.

Does anyone now where his son is buried? Did his parents “honor” his service by putting on this gravestone that he served in the US Military? Or were they ashamed and buried him with no marker or with no mention of his service.

Trump’s reply to the Khan attack on him is
NOTHING COMAPRED OT THE COMPLETE ABOMINATION OF HILLARY’S LIES AND CONTEMPT TO THE BENGHAZI 4 SHE MURDERED BY INACTION...AND HIRING AL QUEDA AS GUARDS VIA A FRONT COMPANY IN DC.. A FEW BLOCKS FROM STATE.... HOW MAY SHARES DID HILLARY HAVE..???

PLUS IT IS QUESTIONABLE IF KHAN’S SON DIDN’T TRY TO GET HIS MEN KILLED BY TAKING THEM TO THE SITE OF A CAR BOMBING WHICH SOME SAY LOOKED LIKE PLANNED IN ADVANCE....

Khan is a muslim brotherhood / Clinton operative..... a SCUMBAG....
the mother goes in and out of the muslim garb as politically expedient....
political frauds......

Khan worked at the same law firm as Loretta Lynch and Clinton’s personal tax attorney...
get the picture.... another Clinton cesspool operative.....

MUNCH ON THAT LIBTARDS......

Palestinians regularly sacrifice their children to try and gain a moral high ground.

What this guy did with his son is basically the same thing. (and effect)

Props to the son and his service (Semper Fi); to hell with the father using his son's death as a political pawn.

His late son was a true American on the battlefield.

How do you know that? He died and was supposedly on our side, but if we are to believe his father’s writings and Sharia beliefs, it is more than likely that the son adopted his father’s radical beliefs. If I’m wrong, apologies to his fellow servicemen, but not necessarily his parents as they don’t believe in the constitution...good prop though.

No coincidence that he was a featured speaker at hillary’s convention - she believes the same thing.

His remarks were a planned sniper shot at Trump by the DNC and Hilliarily.

Trump as usual probably had good intel about this Muslim POS and was ready for the attack.

This anti-American terrorist-supporter is evidently a hero to some pearl clutching Freepers, who wait for any pretense to attack Trump. What does that tell us about them.

"I am becoming convinced that Trump has the greatest opposition research team around. All he had to do was say something relatively innocuous about one of them knowing the media would trot them all around the TV and their own spotlight would reveal everything."

Trump reminds us of the ultimate intelligent fly fisher, who knows the waters and his target. He casts the attractor fly, moves it around their water and makes them very angry. They lose control and strike his fly in anger.

Then, he sets the hook and brings them in with the fly hooked in their gaping/stupid lips in full view of the tv cameras.

After landing them for the world to see them with his hook in their gaping mouth, he rips his hook out of their lips and lets them go! Think of Jeb during the primaries.

He does this without paying a nickel for tv ads.

Khan’s Klan must be related to Klock Boy’s family.

The indignant and ungrateful immigrant! We have a Constitution that is the mother of our land in spite of those snipers within our government and courts who stupidly would toss it in the trashcan and embrace something as evil as Islamic law.

Snopes states that Islam wasn’t banned in 1952, but many of us are wishing it had been. Because of Muslims living here America is in grave danger and our evil politicians have insured that our future will be dangerous and bleak.

None of that changes the fact that you attacked not Khizr Khan, the sleazy immigration lawyer who favors Sharia over that Constitution he was waving around, but his late son, Captain Humayun Khan, who is a true American hero (and that's according to DJT himself).

“Captain Humayun Khan, who is a true American hero....”

Ok, that’s enough of that crap. First off I focused on the sleazy immigration lawyer, and hardly his son.

There is nothing, and I mean nothing I’ve found which corroborates the ‘heroic’ repute of Capt Khan. In fact, what I have found counters this meme.

Firstly, he was not a commanding officer. Nope, he was a staff Captain at a headquarters unit. He was four months into his commission at his initial rank of Captain. He did not command troops. This talk of “his men” is BS. As a staff officer he would not be in charge of a lookout post, the one he supposedly was “inspecting”. And an “inspection” in a war zone of a guard post? No way. The entire account is hooey. He was awarded a Bronze Star for the VBIED. If the populist account is accurate, which it is not, he would have been put in for a CMOH. But, eyewitnesses don’t corroborate the “hero” action. Intentionally or not walking toward the VBIED triggered the bomber to detonate, just like 1000s other IED attacks over there. Never heard any of those guys referred to as “heroes”. What’s up with that?

Using the Captain’s death for political theater is shameful and crass; either by you or Khazir Khan. Stop linking his sacrifice to Trump and conservatives. Why don’t you go talk about the 4 men who actually sacrificed their lives willingly in Benghazi to save others? Nope. That looks bad for your gender-marxist fuhrer, H!

First off I focused on the sleazy immigration lawyer, and hardly his son.

You called Captain Kahn a suicide bomber who would have been court-martialed, had he survived.

You wrote, "IMO he was a suicide bomber who used the VBIED to kill." Aside from Captain Kahn, the dead were all Iraqi. Beyond the gate, there were several hundred Americans eating breakfast. Imagine if the vehicle had breached the gate. That was obviously the suicide bombers' plan, but here was this American fixing to force them to stop. Their mission in jeopardy, the pushed the button early.

Firstly, he was not a commanding officer.

Who said he was?

Nope, he was a staff Captain at a headquarters unit. He was four months into his commission at his initial rank of Captain. He did not command troops. This talk of “his men” is BS. As a staff officer he would not be in charge of a lookout post, the one he supposedly was “inspecting”. And an “inspection” in a war zone of a guard post?

In his capacity as a force protection officer, he had ordered improvements to gate fortifications. He was inspecting same when the attack occurred.

His CO had this to say about him:

Brig. Gen. Dan Mitchell, who as a lieutenant colonel was Khan’s commanding officer in 2004, said that as a force protection operations officer at Warhorse, Khan was playing a critical role in keeping fellow soldiers safe from artillery attacks, sniper fire and improvised explosive devices like the one that killed him.

In a statement, Mitchell called Khan, who was awarded Bronze Star and Purple Heart medals after his death, an “exceptional person, leader and military officer” who loved his soldiers.

“On the day he died, he was doing exactly what a good leader should do,” Mitchell said.

Using the Captain’s death for political theater is shameful and crass; either by you or Khazir Khan. Stop linking his sacrifice to Trump and conservatives.

The Democrat Party and the MSM are responsible for that. You are playing into their hands by slandering Captain Khan.

Why don’t you go talk about the 4 men who actually sacrificed their lives willingly in Benghazi to save others? Nope. That looks bad for your gender-marxist fuhrer, H!

GFY, moron!
