Yeah, I know. Where I’m at, two thugs kidnapped, sodomized, raped and murdered a girl at random in the late 1980’s. They only bought it this year and last year I believe.
Here in California, there are a few men on death row that have been there since the early 1980’s, and they’re no closer to an execution date than when they sentenced. It’s a scandal and a travesty. Thirty-plus years and the appeals still have a long way to go.
