I have to say I like that Hillary is finally being honest with the American people about what she's going to do. haha
...like little wind-up monkeys (but I repeat myself...)
I know! She can’t even say “Friends” without sounding painfully inauthentic. Haha!
****That will sound great to anyone who gets their dough from the government..****
Such as,,,,
Former President Bill Clinton has received nearly $16 million in taxpayer funds since leaving the White House, covering everything from his pension to personnel to benefits — and renewing questions over how much taxpayers really should spend on ex-presidents who make millions after leaving office.

The most telling part was that no one in the crowd caught it. LOL.
Were there any actual tax payers in the crowd?
They cheered because they are not paying attention to what she is saying; they are only paying attention to the cadence of her comments.
I am confused about one thing: America has a “middle class” in 2016 under Obama?
Yes! She really needs to drop that from her speeches. I will give her credit for seeming to have cured her problem with saying "you know" every 2 seconds.
Quick aside: my daughter met Trump and Melania at Wrigley Field in 2000. He was there to guest conduct the 7th Inning Stretch. My daughter said they were very easy-going, gracious guests. Remarkable considering Wrigley, especially then, is not the most plush ballpark.
MeganC found a Hillary voter.
Here is my transcript:
“Trump wants to cut taxes for the super rich.”
(crowd boos)
“Well we’re not going there my friends. I’m telling you right now, we’re going to write fairer rules for the middle class and we are going to raise taxes on the middle class!”
(crowd applauds and cheers)
I CRANKED UP MY SPEAKERS AND I’M STILL NOT HEARING “AREN’T”.
Not sure how you hear that.
Those cheering...they aren’t even listening to what she says. She just raises her voice to indicate its an applause line, and they comply.
Yes, :16-17 you can hear “aren’t”. The chick was using her screeching Midwest accent that I am accustomed to.
You’re really projecting here.
Analyze it and you’ll see she is not saying “aren’t”
I have to say I agree with Rollo — I don’t want to agree but I listened to it several times and it sort of sounds like she’s saying (or could be) “aren’t”. She’s too cunning to be that stupid to say “are”.
Context is everything. The context of her grammar doesn’t accentuate the “are/aren’t” which she would do if she were saying “aren’t” to curry favor with middle class voters.
