I’m still wonder what The Donald said that was “an attack” on Pow Right In The Kizzr Khan.

I know Khan attacked Trump on several occasions, referring to him who had never made a sacrifice, someone who has never read the Constitution, and someone with a “black soul.” And on the news I hear on the top of every hour how Trump has attacked this poor man and refuses to back down.

But, what did Trump actually say about the guy? Everybody I ask has absolutely no idea, but they’re quite sure that he attacked Khan in an alley with a blackjack and called him names, and that it’s beyond the pale and over the line etc etc.

It’s like the “Russia hacked the DNC” thing. One guy from the DNC comes out and claims he has really really good info from guys who know lots of things that it was Russia, and suddenly that becomes chiseled-in-stone fact being carried around in some sort of Red Ark by the press.

It’s also like the Palin “I can see Russia” thing all over again.

Or everything else the press has reported for the past 20 or 30 years for that matter.

Yep....Dims/MSM long time practice of projecting and target freezing, continues.

A lie makes it around the world, before the truth gets its shoes on.

Trump didn't say anything about him, all he did was say we need to stop importing muslims from countries that have terrorists in them - same thing he's been saying.

Kahn, as a tool for the Clinton machine, turned it upside down by pretending it was an attack on muslim immigrants who were already citizens...like Trump had personally questioned Kahn and his family's patriotism or something.

-- But, what did Trump actually say about the guy? Everybody I ask has absolutely no idea, but they're quite sure that he attacked Khan ... --

I'll get to your question, but first, the press is even farther out than that! The claim is that Trump attacked the dead soldier, disparaged his service, or something like that, and by extension, that Trump does not care about the veterans. That was the premise of the woman who confronted Pence yesterday, and has been the premise of the Hillary surrogates who get the lion's share of air time on the propaganda networks.

So, what did Trump say? This is what the press uses ...

STEPHANOPOULOS: I don't know if you saw this speech, but there was a man named Khizr Khan speaking at the Democratic Convention last night. His son, Captain Humayun Khan, was killed serving in Iraq. And he had some very tough questions for you. He said you wouldn't have even let his son in America.

TRUMP: He doesn't know. He doesn't know that. I saw him. He was, you know, very emotional and probably looked like a nice guy to me. His wife, if you look at his wife, she was standing there. She had nothing to say. She probably, maybe she wasn't allowed to have anything to say. You tell me. But plenty of people have written that. She was extremely quiet. And it looked like she had nothing to say. A lot of people have said that. And personally, I watched him. I wish him the best of luck.

STEPHANOPOULOS: What would you say to that father?

TRUMP: Well, I'd say we've had a lot of problems with radical Islamic terrorism. That's what I'd say. We have a lot of problems, where you look at San Bernardino. You look at Orlando. You look at the World Trade Center. You look at so many different things.

You look at what happened to the priest over the weekend in Paris, where his throat was cut, 85-year-old, beloved Catholic priest. You look at what happened in Nice, France, a couple of weeks ago. I'd say you've got to take a look at that, because something is going on. And it's not good.

STEPHANOPOULOS: He said you have sacrificed nothing and no one.

TRUMP: Well, that sounds - who wrote that? Did Hillary's scriptwriters write it? Because everybody that went out there, we also had John Allen who failed with ISIS. I mean, he was a general, Allen, General Allen. He went out. And he was ranting and raving. And then I read a report. He was in there for a number of months. And he failed with ISIS.

STEPHANOPOULOS: You saw Hillary say last night, you don't know more than the generals.

TRUMP: Well, I'll tell you, the generals aren't doing so well right now. Now, I have a feeling it may be Obama's fault. But if you look at ISIS ... General McArthur and General Patton, they're spinning in their graves. The generals certainly aren't doing very well right now. And General Allen, after I saw he was on ranting and raving about me, who he never met, I checked up. Guess what. They weren't so happy with him. He didn't beat ISIS. He didn't beat ISIS. He didn't do even well with ISIS.

STEPHANOPOULOS: How would you answer that father? What sacrifice have you made for your country?

TRUMP: I think I've made a lot of sacrifices. I work very, very hard. I've created thousands and thousands of jobs, tens of thousands of jobs, built great structures. I've done, I've had tremendous success. I think I've done a lot.

STEPHANOPOULOS: Those are sacrifices?

TRUMP: Oh, sure. I think they're sacrifices. I think when I can employ thousands and thousands of people, take care of their education, take care of so many things, even in military. I mean, I was very responsible, along with a group of people, for getting the Vietnam Memorial built in downtown Manhattan, which to this day people thank me for.

I raised, and I have raised, millions of dollars for the vets. I'm helping the vets a lot. I think my popularity with the vets is through the roof, far greater than hers. She's done nothing. All she's done is tell everybody that the vets are in good shape. They're fine. And they're not fine. People are waiting on line for seven days to see a doctor. She thinks it's fine.

I can't find a single thing in there that amounts to an attack by Trump.

But the press uses it to claim that Trump says Kahn didn't write the speech (Trump remarked on one line), that Trump says the wife didn't speak because she is subjugated by either her husband or Islam, that Trump thinks his business success is a sacrifice commensurate with dying on the battlefield, and as you point out, the general proposition that Trump attacked the Khan family. Then they say Trump is the one with thin skin, has to attack everybody, when these remarks were in the first place provoked by a question from the press.

How about the recent one where Trump or Manafort changed the RNC platform to favor Russia, to undermine Ukraine, and to legitimize Russia's annexation of Crimea?

There is a fly in the ointment. The platform wasn't changed, not by anybody.

But, what did Trump actually say about the guy?

My husband had exactly the same question. From what his research showed the only thing that they are hanging this on is in Trump's first statement about Capt. Khan he did not refer to him as a "Hero" although he has since done so. Now might you, Trump did not say Capt. Khan was not a hero, he just did not call him a "hero".

Oh, and he said he would have liked to have heard from the mother.

This is the horrible attack that must be denounced.
