I found it interesting on the questionnaire I was asked to complete for my annual Medicare physical. Two questions stood out:

1)are there guns in the home

2)are you now or have you ever been in the military

I refused to answer both questions on the grounds they had nothing to do with my medical issues

The other 'back door' questions to watch are the mental health questions: do you feel depressed, etc. In my opinion, these are back doors to putting a person on a mental health watch list for later action

We had to answer those questions as well.
Every time I take the kids to the Doc’s, I put on my rattiest sweater (preferably with holes), put my fedora hat on, get a starbucks in hand and waltz in to their office.

Guns in the home: Absolutely not! Why would we?
Military: Please! They don’t accept asthmatics

I was bombarded with such questions at each doctor’s appointment in Minnestoopid. I quickly learned how to give acceptable liberal answers. Hey, if the Muzzies can engage in taqqiya, so could I. As a Texan, I was in enemy territory.
