When news broke in April that the Clinton Giustra Enterprise Partnership (CGEP), a Canadian charity established by Canadian mining magnate Frank Giustra and Bill Clinton in 2007, had donated more than $25 million to the Clinton Foundation, both the Clinton Foundation and CGEP resisted efforts to release the names of donors to CGEP.
Then on April 28 the Washington Post and Bloomberg News both reported that 1,100 hidden Clinton Foundation foreign donors were “bundled” into that $25 million donation from CGEP.

Bill Clinton owns in Canada Venture Exchange; BMO-Nesbitt Burns Inc.; Canaccord Adams; GMP Securities LTD Frank Giustra also owns Uranium One.
Bill Clintons people who was in on all of this deal was the following: Frank Holmes, another major shareholder in the deal, wrote a check to the Clinton Foundation for between %250 Million and $500 million.

Bill Clinton hailed the windfall as a selfless philanthropic gesture that would support economic growth and health care in the developing world.
Giustra went even further in bringing in funds for the foundation. In 2006, he hosted a birthday party/fundraiser for Bill Clinton at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel in Toronto that featured an impressive guest list.
The even was headlined by Kevin Spacey and included Billy Crystal and Bon Jovi.
In March 2008 there was another superstar fundraising gala including Tom Cruise and Robin Williams in Toronto.
In Vancouver on October 17, 2008, Giustra and Clinton addressed the British Columbia Business Council on corporate social responsibility.

•Let’s be clear about the facts here: The Clinton Giustra Enterprise Partnership (CGEP) is a Foundation initiative focused on alleviating global poverty. That initiative receives funding from a separate Canadian charity called CGEP (Canada), which Frank Guistra created to give Canadians the opportunity to support the initiative’s work and get a charitable tax credit.
•CGEP (Canada) is in no way a general operating fund for the Foundation — it’s a distinct entity that provides funding on a project-by-project basis to the poverty-fighting Foundation initiative. Like other independent organizations that give to the Clinton Foundation, in keeping with the organization’s voluntary transparency efforts, this Canadian charity is listed as a donor on the websites. Simply put, the Canadian charity’s individual donors aren’t listed on the Clinton Foundation website because it operates separately from the Clinton Foundation. In light of Canadian privacy laws, CGEP (Canada) does not publicly name its donors without prior permission from those individuals.
•This is hardly an effort on the Foundation’s part to avoid transparency. Trump cannot release the tax returns, he’s under audit. Talk to any (real) lawyer and he’ll give you exactly that advice. When the audit is over, the tax returns can be viewed, but not before. But who is it that keeps auditing Trump? Guess.
