A TBSP of TSP? That is a tablespoon of Tri-Sodium Phosphate correct? I have plenty of that laying around as I am a house painter.

Yes, a tablespoon of Trisodium Phosphate per load should do it. But it won’t remove spots from already spotted dishes or glasses.
