I’m filing a complaint with my states Department of Professional Regulation regarding foreign language testing... You see you can request the tests in Spanish but the computers are set up where you can toggle between Spanish and English for each question... This clearly gives Spanish speakers an unfair advantage as they can use both questions to infer the answer where the correct answer may be ambiguous in one language or another.
