PHILADELPHIA The Fox News skybox here turns into a hive of activity as the networks star anchors analyze the Democratic National Convention for millions of viewers.
When the cameras blink off, however, the banter has been replaced by something rarely heard in the television news business: silence.
Megyn Kelly and her co-hosts, including Bret Baier and Brit Hume, have not been speaking during commercial breaks, according to two people with direct knowledge of the anchors interactions, who described the on-set atmosphere at Fox News as icy. During ads, the hosts are often absorbed with their smartphones.
Even as Fox News goes about broadcasting as usual, scoring its highest convention ratings in 20 years, interviews this week with network employees show an organization grappling with internal division after the abrupt exit of Roger Ailes, the once-omnipotent chairman at the center of a sexual harassment investigation.
Nearly a dozen Fox News employees, who work in front of and behind the camera, were granted anonymity to speak candidly about highly sensitive matters inside a network where privacy is still prized.
The hosts on-set interactions have improved slightly since last weeks shows at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland, which were broadcast immediately after Mr. Ailess departure.

zzZZZzzz.. Faux NooZ .. waiting for the mass exodus... zzZZzzzz..
Watch Fox Business or OANN
When i would flick over to Fox News only Megyn was on..
CNN is first ..Clinton News Network
I had it muted all night..
Will read the thread on Hillary Tomorrow
I wanna give a crap, nope, No I don’t
It will fall hard. Kelly will not be trusted anywhere and will find employment hard to find beyond a coue of years.
Wasn’t the scuttlebutt that Megyn was riding old man Brit Hume’s baloney pony as often as she could on her way towards getting her big break at Fox, much to the consternation of the then Mrs. Hume?
And now they’re not talking.
I thought thoise two crazy kids were going to make it.
It seems the FOX world is disproportionately pro Ailes, though the Times strives to make it seem like there is an even split.
Fox “News” is dead.

FBN, especially with Lou Dobbs and Trish Regan, is all that’s left to watch on cable. OANN isn’t widely available.
Is it true Fox is setting rating records this week?
Lou Dobbs is my man.
I won’t watch regular Fox anymore, but I really like just about everything on FOX business.
OANN is great. Graham Ledger tears down the liberal leftist agenda every night.
I just saw something that CNN beat out FOX on the RNC debates. I was surprised.
That could bode well or bad for Trump. Guess it depends on how you grep the data.
there would be no American Convertives with out Fox news.
I know Freepers like to climb on band wagons, but opposing Fox news is salf destructive
Where the NYT front-page story about The Old Grey Lady crashing and burning?

AFAIK, FNC is rating last among Cable News channels for the DNC coverage. But overall FNC beats all other Cable News outlets.
Fox Business is rising fast.
LOL

What? Fox News didn’t make me a conservative. No way in hell. And furthermore, FNC sucks. Big time.
Their ratings plunging for the convention also speaks volumes.I can’t stand to watch dyke Megyn. Easy to turn off these days.
had there been no fox News, the presstitutes in the main stream media would have snuffed out any conservative message.
You can beat your chest and rant till hell freezes but absent fox, there would be no conservative political force in power at all
