Whatever issues you may have with Krauthammer, he gives a very good explanation of how Trump set a trap for Clinton with his comments earlier today.

The problem with Krauthammer is that he thinks his intellectual superiority to the mental midgets he’s surrounded by in the newsroom, is just as large as his superiority over the rest of us.

The Treaty provides for a broad range of cooperation in criminal matters. Mutual assistance available under the Treaty includes obtaining the testimony or statements of persons; providing documents, records and other items; serving documents; locating or identifying persons and items; executing requests for searches and seizures; transferring persons in custody for testimony or other purposes; locating and immobilizing assets for purposes of forfeiture, restitution, or collection of fines; and any other form of legal assistance not prohibited by the laws of the Requested Party. I recommend that the Senate give early and favorable consideration to the Treaty and give its advice and consent to ratification.
William J. Clinton.

Yes, it was quite clever. Amazing how many “handwringers” thought Trump did something stupid and hurt himself....makes the point.

Treaty with Russia obligates them to turn over documents in criminal matters over to the FBI, as requested by Trump

Yeah, I do have issues with Krauthammer. He gets a little full of himself a lot, and he was wrong about Trump. But he explained this one issue very well, I thought. Trump is the master strategist.

The leakers are not the Russians. I’m sure Obama still hates Bill Clinton from their dust up in the 2008 primaries. It would be easy for an Obama saboteur mole at DNC to be releasing all of this to get back at the Clintons. Obama can sit back and claim to know nothing about it. ;-)

Yes. It’s pretty amazing. A good rule of thumb with Trump is that if you think he made a major gaffe, you’re probably wrong. You just haven’t figured out his angle yet.

Charles misses the bigger issue: The campaign and the democrats are trapped now saying that keeping the country's business and secrets on a private system is, in and of itself, a National Security Issue.

And, they CANNOT argue an assertion that the TS/SCI info on her server WAS compromised by her negligence.

Even if no more mail is dropped.

THIS is the real “trap”-—that we already have an agreement with the Russkies to cooperate on matters of cybercrime.

. . . signed by William Jefferson Clinton.

Hillary Clinton’s Deleted Emails Were Individually Reviewed After All, Spokesman Says

Mar 15, 2015,

EXCERPT

A Time magazine cover story about the email scandal released last week reported: “This review did not involve opening and reading each email. Instead, Clinton’s lawyers created a list of names and keywords related to her work and searched for those. Slightly more than half the total cache — 31,830 emails — did not contain any of the search terms, according to Clinton’s staff, so they were deemed to be ‘private, personal records.’” Clinton’s team is now saying this is not true.

Time didn’t disclose how it determined that each email wasn’t opened individually, but says it seemed to be consistent with a written explanation provided by Clinton’s spokesman after the news conference this week. During the news conference, Clinton did not go into the details of how the review was conducted, but said it was “thorough” and that she went “above and beyond” what she was required to do in turning over many of her emails to the State Department.

“We went through a thorough process to identify all of my work-related emails and deliver them to the State Department,” she said, adding that all other emails were personal and pertained to matters such as “yoga routines,” “family vacations,” and “planning Chelsea’s wedding.”

I hope you folks have some clue as to the two massive rallies Trump held in Pennsylvania & Ohio!!! I believe the numbers of folks attending actually came close to matching the DNC numbers. In Ohio...there were five thousand folks that could not get into the arena and heard the Trump remarks via outside speakers, Combined.....the Trump, Pence team today put up massive rally attendance today....something Hillary Clinton will never be able to achieve while campaigning!!!

I can see Trump Trumping her on this on the debate. He will hook and sink her with one statement and she will be flustered and incoherent from there on. I know Trump will circle back to this point over and over again.

Pretty easy analysis, lame at this point in time. Even FOX is lagging the Trump OODA loop cycle time.
