He has Secret Service agents following him on the extended breaks from the hospital that he has enjoyed for years. I bet that will continue. In a way, he is like our former presidents with his own Secret Service detail.

This will not turn out well. Dude is locked up drugged up psychotic and now his 90 year old Mom is his caregiver. I don't think so. Watch for the wheels to come off while destruction and misery visit innocent victims.
