Hooray! Rawlings Blake and Mosby do this in the middle of the media frenzy DNC convention hoping it will be quickly swallowed up in the news cycle. Now disbar Mosby and dump Rawlings Blake!

Plenty of nice, juicy targets in the Inner Harbor and Waterfront areas.

Basically they’ve blown 2/3 of the cases. Guess they decided not to make total fools of themselves.

While I think the savage desire for plunder via this case has passed, it’s possible this revelation could draw some reactionary pillaging. But on the whole I doubt it.

Here’s hoping that a good attorney can win a lawsuit against her and get these cops back all the money they have spent defending themselves while all the time being innocent, as any idiot could have seen.

Relieved for those officers and their families! Sad they had to go through that.

This sounds like a forced walk and time to pull the pitcher off the mound and to the showers.

Game over.

Now who was Michael Nifong, again? Disgraced, disbarred, and bankrupt, a sad note on “prosecutorial discretion”, or in his instance, overreach.

We are seeing the same thing times six in Baltimore.

The mayor already pulled herself from anymore terms. So it’s kind of moot.

Instead, her predecessor, the criminal Sheila Dixon, is getting the ratings. The one who used “charity” money to buy nice stuff for herself. She got booted for that, but her people are still supporting her.

The officers have a very good case against Mosby AND the city---her employer. Mosby and other govt official party to this outrage can be charged under the Hobbs Act.

Although the Hobbs Act was enacted as a statute to combat racketeering in labor-management disputes, the statute is frequently used in connection with cases involving public officials.....

NARRATIVE Taxpayers demand to know the scope and dimension of multiple conspiracies to collude in sub rosa deals to personally profit and/or to facilitate illegal sales of baby body parts.

OF INTEREST TO LAW ENFORCEMENT The FBI should interrogate Mosby and individuals in her office for evidence of multiple schemes to falsify official documents to further fraudulent schemes, and the filing of official documents that were falsified. The FBI should investigate any and all official documents submitted for falsified entries.

Crimes might include--govt fraud, conspiracy, collusion, falsifying official documents (a felony), filing falsified documents, money laundering, tax evasion, extortion, theft, misuse of public facilities.

Taxpayers demand investigation by the following agencies commence at once:

<><> FBI -- Wire Fraud Division

<><> IRS-Fraud Unit

<><> Department of Justice’s Office of the Inspector General,

<><> Department of Commerce’s Office of Inspector General.

<><> DOJ's Criminal Division-- Public Integrity Section

<><> DOJ Criminal Division--Organized Crime and Gang Section.

It is also possible that Mosby committed other federal offenses including but not limited to:

<><> Title 18 U.S.C. §1341, Mail Fraud, 18 U.S.C.§1001, Presenting a False Document to an Agent of the US Government (involves several felonies and could include forgery);

<><> 18 U.S.C.§1027 False statements and concealment of facts in relation to documents required by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and other possible offenses including civiland/or criminal RICO violations.

<><> 18 U.S.C. §§1961-68 (RICO Act)18 U.S.C. §1001 (making false Statements to Agents of the US Government),

<><> 18 U.S.C. §241(Conspiracies Against Civil Rights).

Possibly full investigations crentering on RICO conspiracies under 18 U.S.C. §1962(c) could be warranted because (1) the persons (2) were employed by or associated with an enterprise (3) that engaged in or affected interstate commerce and that (4) the persons operated or managed the enterprise (5) through a "pattern" (6) of racketeering activity, and (7) the taxpayers were injured by reason of the "pattern" of racketeering activity.

Alleged Offenses could include Violation of Title 18 U.S.C. §241 – Conspiracy Against Constitutional Rights – which prohibits in relevant part, “two or more persons (from conspiring) to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same . . .” See, 18 U.S.C. §241.

I am a person who admires and respects the thin blue line who keep our society liveable. That being said, I would never EVER live in Baltimore. I personally was threatened by a city cop when I did something brave that prevented someone from committing (another) property crime. I was threatened and treated like a criminal and the other cops just stood and WATCHED until I explained the lengths I would go to to get justice through the courts if I was harmed. THEN a higher-ranking officer intervened.

I have never had a problem anywhere else, and I thank God for the men and women who serve in this way.
