I guess that like the others, they want to release him so that he feels grateful, while being given his voting rights back by Gov. McAulliffe in Virginia.
Gee, I wonder if that means his gun rights have to be restored too?
Perhaps they will meet him outside the prison with a voter registration form, absentee ballot, and his old gun to hand him.
I have heard he has a lot of restrictions placed on him, via news report on WTIC AM/CBS Radio.
