California governor: Clinton should be worried
The Hill ^ | July 26th, 2016 | By Alexander Bolton

PHILADELPHIA — California Gov. Jerry Brown (D) says the presidential election is looking “very uncertain,” and Hillary Clinton should be worried.

Brown, who arrived in Philadelphia on Tuesday, said recent polls show the race between Clinton and Donald Trump, the GOP presidential nominee, is “very tight, very tight.”

When asked if Clinton, the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee, should be nervous about her sagging numbers, Brown said, “Of course.”

“You think she isn’t? It’s very uncertain at this point and very threatening,” he told The Hill. “Full alert is what I would say.”

Clinton’s campaign has signaled that it is concerned about the polling numbers, which suggest Trump got a bounce from last week’s Republican National Convention.

Robby Mook, Clinton’s campaign manager, sent out an alert to supporters Tuesday.

“Poll after poll is showing that Trump has been eating away at our lead, and after his convention, he’s erased it entirely,” he wrote in a fundraising email.

He alluded to a recent CNN/ORC poll that found Trump is leading Clinton, 44 percent to 39 percent, in a four-way race including Libertarian Party presidential nominee Gary Johnson and Green Party candidate Jill Stein.

Only way Trump would approach Reagan’s landslide is if Bernie ran as a Green or Indy. Trump would then take states like NY and CA.

Just anecdotal, but I heard a heck of a lot of Bernie voters today on FNC who said they will vote for the Green Party moonbat Jill Stein.

The governor of California would certainly be privy to the DAILY polling numbers being used within the “7-day-average” USC Poll.

At the moment, that poll is reporting Trump ahead by +7%, but really, for the last 5 days (since his acceptance speech) Trump has been up by +10%

And no sign yet of a convention “bump” for Cankles.

1000+ Sanders supporters have been banned from the DNC after they staged their walkout. This kind of thing would be a gigantic media frenzy if it ever happened on the Republican side.

Nope, barely a peep from any major media. It is positively Orwellian. They are so dishonest and propagandistic that we run out of words for their misbehavior. Shameless.

Hillary will get no convention bounce.

I don’t think any sane person is watching the freak show.

If they had held a Democratic convention and no one cared, what about the rest of the race?

Hillary is gonna leave Philadelphia weighed down by baggage and more damaging email dumps yet to come.

Plus, we’re entering the dead zone of August when people are looking to the Olympics and she’s gonna struggle to be seen.

Love it!

Trump will win this by the biggest landslide in modern American history. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

I agree.
I know Nixon and Reagan won 49 States but I can easily see Trump winning 53 of the 57 states.

Media pundits and political handicappers have given Trump little chance of winning in November.

The same ones who have been wrong about Trump for over a year. I would listen to what those who said he would win the nomination are saying. If they can find any.

I don’t care what it says, but I’m not wearing anything with Hillary on it. That and I generally don’t wear wife beaters in the first place.

Trump will win and win big of that I agree, but I don’t think he’s getting to 1984 levels... Though with each passing day Hillary appears more and more likely to be heading toward a 1980 type loss.

Originally I believed Clinton had a BEST case scenario of abou 180 EC votes and 15ish states... Now I think her BEST case scenario is 100-120 EC votes and 10ish states.

“Trump will win this by the biggest landslide in modern American history.

I REALLY hope you are right, but I will never underestimate the electoral power of those who count the votes.

After Slick-The-Perv and Bath-House Barry, I can believe ANYTHING can happen!
