As the Father of a young man with hemophilia, this has always been my worst nightmare!

Years ago, before Aids was known, tainted blood from queers and drug addicts was used for transfusions in children with hemophilia. Many died of Aids because of this.

Of course, Dr. Peter Singer of Princeton University thinks this move is a great one. He believes that all “defectives”, including hemophiliacs, should be euthanized.

In 2002 I was forever banned from donating because I had been stationed in Germany in the 1980’s. That was right after my initial 9-11 donation. It’s stupid!

And now they’re going to let faggies donate? Societal suicide!

BTW, how many human cases of “mad cow” have there ever been?

My mayo has a label that tells me how many grams of fat per tablespoon, the government requires that label.

Put a label on the blood telling us if the blood was donated by a homo male.

Problem solved ...

Okay, how about this. If gays want to donate blood, only gays will receive that blood. The hetero donations will only go to heteros.

The Gaystapo will get whatever it wants, safety be damned. And government sycophants are more than willing to give it to them.

The fact that the FDA is “considering” this newest change means that they’ve already made their decision, this “comment” period being just meaningless theater to appear rational.

I doubt that very many prostitutes have ten sex partners a night, much less that many consistently throughout the year.

They may get three, and then not every night.

It’s simply open war on the public.

As the 80's public service announcement use to say, homos really do want AIDS to be "everyone's problem."

Might as well quit donating blood if they do this.

Love her or hate her, Ayn Rand was on to something fundamental. Massive boycotts in numerous areas are more than called for here. When society becomes so infected with the parasitic mindset we see here, we have an absolute duty to "put it down" with everything we've got.

I haven't donated in years, because I saw where this was heading.

There is no longer a direct donor option, found this out when DIL had breast cancer surgery, inept surgeon nicked a vein, she was bleeding out. She is A- not that common in Evansville, IN for her to get a unit of blood, her same type brother offered, and was told all blood goes threw the RC and it takes a MONTH to process. She needed a second surgery to repair the nicked vein, and still ended up with continued bleeding and NEVER got a unit of blood. Just a non fill script for OTC Iron Pills. Surgeon was PO’d she wanted skin sparing surgery instead of RADICAL and used staples causing more scaring. But sutures on the second surgery.

Bank your own blood if you have a planned surgery a month before.

Yes, as they spread AIDS throughout the populas, they can finally be proven right, it’s not just a homosexual disease.

Because everyone has the right to get AIDS.

That's exactly it. Then it wont be a 'gay' disease anymore, and we'll 'take it seriously.'

It is quite illogical to have an organization that makes its mission to provide a safe blood supply to the public who need transfusions for various reasons and then turn around and accept blood from the most unsafe donors.

What is the point of giving blood that is safe only to see the overall supply contaminated...on purpose?

Wherever the Left goes it destroys.

Allow them to donate- but only for use by other homosexuals.

I remember seeing a homosexual activist back in the 80s say in an interview that he wanted homosexuals to donate blood as much as possible, because only if the straight population was at risk would there be increased funding of AIDS research. Anyone else remember seeing that?

Oh, I can believe it. Haven't seen that particular interview, but have read of many homosexuals say as much.

It was common practice years ago (and currently?) for homosexuals to use blood drives to test themselves for HIV/AIDS. Quick, confidential results, free of charge.

The FDA has published information that of the donations that were found positive for HIV, donors were dishonest about the questionnaire on the MSM question. What makes us think that they will suddenly become honest with newer, "improved" questions?

I doubt that very many prostitutes have ten sex partners a night, much less that many consistently throughout the year.
They may get three, and then not every night.

Google the question.
I was in Germany, where prostitution is legal. The brothels were very busy.
I was in Nevada, where prostitution, OUTSIDE of Reno, Las Vegas and Carson City, is LEGAL. The brothels were very busy.
One could SEE the "caravan" of black limos, with Japanese business men, cruising out to the, er, "ranches," their euphemism for BROTHEL. Those prostitutes do MUCH more than you might imagine.
They don't see the money of course. It goes all to the pimp or madam.

Every large urban area has those women. They wouldn't do it unless it brought in money.

To be honest, it's my GUESS that the young (16 years old) prostitutes get MUCH more "business' than the older women.

I taught at a community college for a thousand years. One of my students, a black woman, said that she put herself through school via prostitution. She was in college to GET OUT of the trade.

I stand corrected if I misspoke, but 10 per night is kind of pushing it in my opinion.

Regardless, the prohibition to donate for prostitutes and those who use them should be just as applicable for homosexual men.
