I don't think that Kermiche is a Muslim name, and I don't think Adel is either
According to the German Newspaper Die Welt Kermiche was arrested in Germany. He had tried two times the year before to travel to Syria. The first time in March of 2015 before his 18thbirthday. He tried to do it over Germany under the identity of his (older) brother. He was arrested in Germany due to a suggestion from a family member and send back to France.
Less than 2 month later he tried a second time. This time over Switzerland. The trip ended in Turkey where Kermiche was arrested under an international arrest warrant before he was extradited over the Switzerland for France.
This time the young man. who was born on March 25, 1997, in the municipality of Mont-Saint-Aignan, near Rouen, in pre-trial detention. The judiciary accused him of membership in a criminal association relating to a terrorist projects. He was released but under strict conditions and with an electronic Anklet in the house arrest in March 2016

Fact is he’d been involved in terror activities prior and the authorities gave him house arrest with time off for good behavior in the mornings?
In most mooselimb countries he’d have been in deep doo doo.

Beheadings are done ONLY for murderers. That would be premeditated murders, not self defense, protecting one's family, friends, home, etc. They are done in the town's public square on Friday mornings, as Friday is their "holy" day.
One murders = one dies.
They don't have the endless litanies of lawyers trying to "save" the lives of those cold-blooded murderers.
