I heard that there was a mad scramble to rearrange the schedule of speakers. Even last night, during the convention, Franken and Silverman were told to ‘stretch’ their ‘time’. Apparently there was some problem backstage. Either someone backed out, or they were trying to rework someone’s speech.
I guess they didn’t meet their quota of losers speaking on the convention stage, they are upping that count with Jimmuh’s grandson Jason Carter.
Representing the bloodline of the second worst President evuh (worst one already represented by Moochelle), he was most recently the loser in governor race in GA.
No doubt he will share his Peace Corps experience and maybe even speak a little foreign tongue like the VP nominee.
