Actually, I believe these governments are waiting for a violent retaliation/reaction of some sort from the natives - it may only be a pin-prick - but that will set in motion a crushing of all opposition (probably combined with a moslim uprising) a la Turkey.

Can only HOPE. But now they CAN vote out maggots like Merkel and Hollande. The Brits did it recently with Brexit, but that new Prime Minister May is working apparently, to undermine the result of a popular vote.
