We had to pull the photo you posted of people crowded on top of a train. Your poster seems to imply the train's arrival is imminent, headed to the nearest American border crossing from somewhere in Mexico. Written on the poster is the claim that the crowd on the train were "Comin' for ObamaCare."

The photo was actually taken in 2011 and is a UK Guardian copyrighted photo which also happened to win a prestigious photographic award in 2011.

The crowded train was not filled with people on their way to illegally cross our borders "Comin' for ObamaCare." Instead the photo was taken in Tongi on the northern border of Dhaka/Bangladesh.
