Donald needs to truthfully say that if the Dems are so incompetent as to allow the Russians to steal their computer files, they are failures and must not be allowed to weaken the US in the same way.
Paul Manafort said as much Sunday, saying that if DWS was forced out, Hillary should lead by example.
