Trump has to win a majority of the legitimate vote so overwhelming that calling it for Clinton might well set off a train of events that the Democrat ruling class deems more destructive of their interests than allowing Trump to be President. In that event it is likely that the proclaimed margin will be very small and accompanied by court interventions for show.
