Not really. Bernie was never serious about winning, otherwise he would have used the email scandal, the Clinton Foundation, and Benghazi. He was the Washington Generals acting as a foil for Clinton to give the voters the idea that they had a choice. Hillary didn't need the DNC's finger on the scale, but I guess she didn't want to take any chances.
Bernie was surprised that he was getting such support. He tapped into something that was unknown to the Dems. This is the year of the outsider. Hillary is the ultimate insider.
Look for rampant voter fraud in November.
You are probably right about the fraud and the foil, but, Hillary was ready to deprive the citizens of this country the right to freely choose their leaders.
